In business for over 30 years, this restaurant south of the Falls specializes in fish dishes and also offers others dishes such as chicken and roast beef. The ambience is warm and spacious and the service is friendly. Best of all, the food's home-cooked with only the freshest ingredients. The restaurant can seat 400 and is open every day except for Christmas and Boxing Day. There's a Sunday Brunch from 10:30am-2:30pm. Menu dishes include fish and chips (CAD8.95), seafood platter (CAD10.25), hot beef sandwich (CAD6.50) and hamburg steak (CAD8.50).

A slice of delight.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/06/06
Hello Betty's Restaurant! I had the most amazing moment in my life when my husband and I came for a piece of pie, it was delightful. We came all the way from Orange County, but had to stay an extra day just to have a taste of the fish and chips. It was just as amazing as everyone said it was! The service was great as well. The "bus girl" that was working the shift that night, was a little off and a few problems with the task at hand. She dropped knives and forks and didn't whipe the tables. All and all it was a good food and somewhat good service.
