The food is excellent. We had Pho and Com Tam Thit Nuong Bi Cha. The noodle is well prepared (not rolled into a tangled ball floating), the broth is flavorful and the herbs is very fresh. The grilled pork was well marinated and tasty. We also had a Bun Bo Hue for to-go. The broth is just right - lean and not too salty. The meat is tender, the large rice noodle is soft, and the mixed vegetables that accompany the dish (shredded lattice, basil, perilla, shredded banana blossom, bean sprouts, lime, hot peppers, etc.) is plentiful and very fresh. The service is good, quick and friendly. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
