This is a really decent place. Not too fancy, but right in the middle of the action in Towson, and the food is surprisingly good. They will actually make the Thai spicy if you like. Good service too.

Has to be the worlds worst IHOP, never been to such a Ghetto restaurant. Employees are rude, and the food sucks if they have it. The place is usually dark because most of the lights are burned out.
