If you want a quick and easy bite to eat in Hillsboro, try Tengoku. They have great sushi and bento. The only negatives are that the seating is limited and it is not air conditioned.

I loved the experiance we had. The food was good at a reasonable price. Our waitress was very nice, the whole restaurant was very clean and had a "homey" feel to it. I will deffinately come back.
