2 reviews for Three Nines Golf Course
Will never play there again
By Lynnelle, 09/04/06
The course is very overpriced for what you get. No Marshall keeping groups moving at a good speed. Resulting in very slow play. Greens were in good shape but the rest of the course wasn't. Was on this very short course for 5 hours and never saw a refreshment cart during our 18 holes. The course can be confusing in its layout, we took a wrong turn at least 2 times. Always managed to get back to proper tee box though. Course just didn't measure up to all of the advertising hype in the media in the Portland area. Our entire group was really disappointed in the experience.

What a beautiful course
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/12/05
This is an absolutly stunning setting. If possible, try to get Foxglove as one of your nines. The course gets a huge amount of tournament play and suffers from the combination of overuse, pretty awful weather conditions and a lack of capital improvements. There are lots of rough spots and the cart paths are awful. But,in spite of all of that and being a rather tight course, it is challenging and a lot of fun. I really love to play here.
