On the 25-acre Edgefield Estate , this McMenamins is one of the most formal of their eateries. Among the white-clothed tables, you will find the teethy-white smiles of the staff. Tasty dinners like grilled herb pork chops served with garlic-roasted potatoes; sauteed prawns spiced with lime juice and chiles; or the grilled salmon and wild rice will leave you with a smile, too. If you plan to stay at the Edgefield, you must have at least one meal here. A full bar is available. It is open daily at 7 am.
