Master Chef Hans Schweitzer brings his culinary expertise from the five-star Sandy Lane Hotel to this exquisite restaurant at Port St. Charles Marina. He is known for his gourmet seafood creations, so try the grilled shrimp on sugar cane, topped with a tamarind rum glaze. The spiced island apple fudge cheesecake is an excellent choice for dessert. Couples may enjoy dining at one of the two Lovers Tables situated in the arch of the bridge. Groups can have the chef prepare a special "taster's menu" exclusively for their table.
