Boatyard (The), Saint Michael

The Boatyard along with Harbourlights and the Gap have to be the best places to go for tourists on holiday. I went at christmas 2006. Because i'm from england i'm used to heading out for the night at about 10pm but things don't really get going there until about 12pm. Most drinks are free once you've paid the initial entry fee and there is usually a band playing. Best beach is Accra beach. Best waves (not too big or too small- just right for body boarding). Locals and tourist go here and sunbeds, cocktails are easy to get hold of. I can't wait to go back! Hope this has been useful.
