The cuisine of Vietnam (the country) is an art and it is served with finesse in this luxurious restaurant, which has been in Lyon since 1968. The owner, who is very friendly, will explain how to use the chopsticks. In case of failure, don't worry, forks are available, so that you don't lose a single crumb of your curried shrimp, spicy fried sea bream and lacquered duck. However, with only 35 indoor seats, its is best to book for the weekend. Expect to pay around EUR18.30 to dine à la carte.
