It s sorry to see when a cool restaurant with a great concept goes down in flames. When a cook doesn t know the difference between well done and rare and not get the order right not once, not twice but three times. There is a problem. After seeing the kitchen staff, perhaps they need to scrape the pot residue from their brains.
Burgers are like Breakfast, you can t really screw them up and if you do then you have no business in the kitchen!
