Oh My God I thought i was back in Chi-town. Ive eaten here quite a few times and everything is always really good. My favorite is the thin cracker crust monster, all the ingredients taste so good together and the cheese really makes it all come together. They also have great sandwiches and salads which are my wife's favorite. My kids love the pastas and the Chicago style deep dish, oh and the Chicago Vienna beef hotdogs. the prices are very good considering how big the portion sizes are. You cant go wrong with this place.
I have had less that stellar service the last three times I went for dinner. On two occasions the Ice tea was out the first time we requested the machine be serviced and was completely ignored, my wife had to settle for a soda. the next time we came in my wife s dinner plate was served when she was half done the wait staff asked me what I was having? I show them on my receipt I had ordered a Pizza. The Pizza arrived as my wife finished her plate. The girl wanted to know if I wanted it to go, I though she was kidding me. Today again the ice tea machine was out, I ask the waitress about it, she walked away after saying OK . I saw not action being taken she did answer the Phone another waitress went onto the bathroom, what I could see in back was everyone cooking. After 10 minutes waiting at the drink station a third waitress came over and started cleaning up. She ask what I wanted and I had to explain it all over again. She responded iy had to be taken care of in the back, I ask how much longer and how I would know when it was taken care of, she left and said she would let me know. Five minutes latter she said it was fixed.
I just had a perfect Pizza from them. Delicious. The cheese is from Wisconsin and you can tell the difference. I grew up in Chicago and know a good Pizza when I taste it.
I must say though that it's a little frustrating communicating with the children who work the counter. They all seem to be in their late teens, fully sleeved with tattoos, colored hair and a face full of metal things sticking out of their pattoo eyebrows.
The carry out orders are never right, seriously 7 out of 10. They don't check the order before handing it to you. the bags are stapled shut, so you have to rip them open right there and check the order. For example I ordered an Italian Beef with Green peppers. I've had it there before so I know it comes with gravy sauce. This time it wasn't there when I inspected my order. The little girl explained that it doesn't come with take out orders, it's extra too. She didn't understand my frustration when she told me it only comes with the sandwich when you eat it here but when you carry out it is an extra and doesn't come with the sandwich. I mean they don't even think to ask if you want Ajus with the sandwich. They will even give you the Italian missing the green peppers, the menu shows the thing with green peppers on it. They say they don't come with it, you have to ask, nothing on the menu about this.
One time a few months ago I waited 50 min for a take out order of Lasagna, the girl gave it to some customer with a diferent name than I. I didn't have time to wait another 50 min so I wanted my money back, the little girl did't understand my refusal to accept a gift card in stead of cash. As for the Lasagna, it was huge and awesome. All the food is extremely good.
Also I don't like to eat there, they play this whiny teeniebopper junior high school kiddie music that you can't get away from even by going outside. It's even louder outside the door. It's odd that the Management would think that the majority of customers want to be blasted with music. I think they are catering to the teenage crowd. I remember when I was just waiting for My order today, looking around at the whole 4 people eating at the lunch rush, and thinking that that is probably why the place is empty, who wants to have to raise their voice to an obnoxious level to overcome the annoying music.
I would have expressed this to the management had I ever saw one. I've been to places where the owner would come out and greet customers. I have never once been asked how my meal was.
All in all the food is awesome, the best Pizza in Havasu. I just find the atmosphere annoying due to the music nobody other than an 8th grader would like, and the strange pierced tattoo carnival clad teenager staff. They should stick to Bubble Gum, Dolphins and greaming of unicorns.
I sill find myself often craving the food there so I cant be to hard on them. When I ever see a manager come out I'll fill his ear. Good Food!!
Just had and ordered Rosati's for delivery for the first time. I was expecting them to arrive in 45-60 minutes. They arrived in 28 mins, Not bad. I opened up the pizza box and the smell and looks of the pizza just made my mouth water. The pizza was so delicious. Best pizza in Lake Havasu IMHO.
Best pizza in town! The Rosati's salad is great too...nothing bad about this place and our Family has tried just about everything there!!! A little pricey but the serving sizes are huge and definitely shareable!
