We're big fans of Indian food and Albuquerque has a couple of very good Indian restaurants, Bombay Heights is better than either Taj Mahal or India Palace. While both of those places are very reliable, Bombay Heights has stepped up the flavor profile of some of the typical Indian dishes you may be familiar with. We've already visited twice since their recent opening, once for their Sunday lunch buffet and once for dinner from the menu. Both times we enjoyed wonderful flavors and slightly new twists on staple Indian dishes that makes them more enjoyable and memorable. Prices are very fair and the service was warm and friendly.
