Point De Vue Salon
Stop by for a double dose of pampering at the Point De Vue Salon. Be it a haircut, pedicure, manicure, hair color - you won't recognise yourself at the end of your session. With its mirrors, flora, and fountains, it is also a serene and peaceful place. If you have the time, have lunch on the outdoor patio. Enroll for the salon's beauty classes, and you'll be able to give yourself a makeover!
After watching the switching of hairdressers today - I was shocked to see how this salon treated people. How could anyone go there. The owners are a discrace and disrespect their staff. I did not see one smiling face in that salon. It's not snobby it's stupidity. Get a grip - tell your husband to get a full time mans job instead of sittng behind a desk and doing your dirty work. You definiately don't need him there checking out the guys and doing everything you tell him to do. I would never, ever go to a salon like Point de vue Salon - I would rather do my own hair than go to an uptight salon where no one smiles. No stars - there are no stars in this salon
I’ve been going to Point de Vue Salon for three years now, and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair! Anthony is the best! He has such great vision and always gives me a really sexy/fun haircut! Everyone who works there is really nice, and it’s always a pleasant experience stepping into Point de Vue. I love to relax in their garden (yes, they have a garden) and soak up some sun. People are professional, but also totally down to earth too.
After going to Point de Vue Salon for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. I had been expecting another pretentious, LA salon, but was treated with respect, and loved my final result. I got an amazing haircut, and the staff treated me like I was a celebrity- asking me if I was comfortable, if I wanted a cappuccino, etc. I had a great experience, and would definitely go back for round two.
At Point de Vue Salon, I felt like I took a trip to Europe, except that I didn’t actually have to travel. The salon, located in West Hollywood, felt like a European getaway, complete with a Moroccan garden, fresh, hot cappuccinos, and a staff that was extremely polite, and basically waited on me hand and foot. I had a great experience, got a super stylish haircut and color, and walked out feeling like a new person. I plan on going back the next time I need a haircut, and would recommend the salon to anyone.
I recently went to Point De Vue for the first time to get some highlights and a cut and will never go anywhere else again. The staff is really nice and treated me like a queen while I was there. I arrived early for my appointment and waited on their beautiful patio and sipped a iced cappachino while I waited. My hair was done by Muriel the sweetest french woman ever and she was so amazing! My hair came out better than I could have ever dreamed, I bought some of the products they offere and my hair feels and looks so much healthier than before.
It was a really great day and I am looking forward to going back. It was nice..for a mother of three it felt like I got to take the whole day and have someone wait on me for a change.
Wow where do i begin . When i walked into the salon I was greeted by huge smiles . Frankie one of their assistants immediately asked if i wanted a gourmet Cappucino and took me to see the rest of the salon . Its so cute and pretty . I highly recommend taking a break in the back patio. Came to the salon recommended by a friend ,Anthony did my extensions and they look awesome. Muriel matched the color and added some highlights , it looks fab.Lisa blow dryed my hair straight . They are a great team , they love their job .I am a loyal client for life. see you guys in 6 weeks .xoxoxoxoxo
I was refered to Muriel from 944 magazine so I decided to give her a try. My appointment was on a Saturday morning, which I'm sure is a busy day for any salon. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionst and then an assistant who were both great. However, Muriel was not even there yet and arrived 20 minutes late. I felt very rushed, and my hair color is AWFUL. I went back to have it corrected and now looks even worse. I have brown hair and hot red roots. However, I would recommend Janice, my eyebrows are perfect!!!
A wonderful oasis in the city and a great place for salon services of all types, be it a new hairstyle or a pedicure or whatever. Relax with a cappuccino or full lunch in the lush garden out back. You won't be disappointed! Say hi to Muriel and Xavier for me.
From the moment I walked into the salon I knew this was my place. I was greeted with a warm welcome, given a tour, and offered a cappuccino! And then to top it all off I met the new love of my life, Lisa! Lisa gave me highlights any movie star would be jealous of, and layers to die for. I will be a life time client of Lisa and Point De Vue. I fell like I've Dyed and gone to heaven.
I moved to Australia 18 months ago and am planning a trip to L.A. next month, and the thing I am excited about most is being able to go to Point de Vue and have Muriel do my hair. I had been going to her for about 6 years and I love everything about Muriel, her staff and her salon. Everyone is extremely professional but warm and friendly and I always felt like a million bucks when I walked out of her salon. Plus, Muriel is someone that I could trust completely and go along with her recommendations. Worth every penny.
Sincerely, Janis Hoskot
