Description
Located in the heart of Old San Juan on Calle Cristo , Fossil Arte has developed exhibits that include the beauty of anthropology. Real fossils taken from the soil of the island are used as raw material by artist and archeologist Radames Rivera. In doing so, he creates pieces of spellbinding rugged beauty in which the natural beauty hidden in nature is brought out by the artist's imagination. Paintings, sculptures, etchings, silk-screens, lithographs and many other types of art fill the rooms. Other local and international artists exhibit their work here as well.
