The Cantina Bar and Grill, Panama City Beach

Out of all of the Mexican restaurants our family has been to, this was the worst by far. Dinner began with chips and salsa. The salsa was bland and ketchup-like. We thought it would have accompanied french fries better than tortilla chips. The service was slow, and our order was not correct. The chicken in the enchiladas and tacos had NO flavoring. It was just steamed chicken. The rice also had no flavorings. It was just mildly orange white rice. The beef taco was so runny that the shell got soggy and fell apart. Some of our dinners were not even hot, just luke-warm. We all left a little hungry and very frustrated. Our total bill was over $100, and all we ate was some rice and beans. Because the owner and manager were not on sight, our complaints fell on deaf ears. There are so many wonderful choices for dining in Panama City, please don't waste your time and money here.
