Washington Restaurant - Michael's Italian Feast, Washington

Love this place. I don t usually write reviews. Actually no one really does unless they have something bad to say. But, after a friend from out of town almost missed out on one of my favorite restaurants because it has bad review I figured I d give my 2 cents. Michael s is one of my favorite places to eat. They are fast- only place I know that can have my food ready before I have my drink or sometimes even my change. They have good prices. I can feed my family for less than $20 with their family deal. And most important of all, they have great food! So great that every time I go to visit my daughter in college, she asks me to bring her something from there. Ask anyone in town and they ll tell you the same thing.

There is not better value for the money in the town of Washington, especially if you want carry-out. Check out their free 16 sub coupon with the purchase of a family feast. Awesome.

Michael s puts Avanti s and LaGondola to shame. While Avanti s and LaGondola try to skate on past success, Michael s continually offers a better and more affordable meal. The bread is the best in the area. The service is quick, pleasant, and always helpful. The menu offers a little bit of everything you expect in Italian food.

Great food at a good price

Popular take out restaurant that is known for it s sub sandwiches and Italian food. Pretty dining room available if you want to eat there.

Good value. You get a lot for your money. Wonderful cinnamon bread and if you order italian sausage sandwich you get a ton of melted cheese on it. Sauce is very tasty!!

I think their bread is great. It s made in house and is very sweet and chewy. Watch out because it s addictive. The food is always hot and ready, so this place is a favorite of families who need a fast meal and don t want fast food. The price is decent and you do get a lot for your money.

Michael s is an Italian take out and dine in place that has been very successful in central Illinois. The Washington location was the original and is in an old gas station building. They also have several other locations. The owners were formerly associated with the Lagondola chain, also in central Illinois. The board of fare consists of Americanized Italian favorites like sub type sandwiches (Torpedos) and all kinds of pasta dishes. They have a pretty decent salad too.
