After we found out we were having a baby boy my wife was craving Zios so I took her she ordered the Chicken Piccata after taking pics of plate because it looked so good to her prego self she took a bite and bite into something hard after fishing for she discovered a small rock kinda like the ones that go into a fish tank it was brought to the mangers attention which also happen to be pregnant. We fill out a accident report form & she took the rock I ask for a copy of the reports we fill out & if I could take a picture of the rock after I thought of doing it she refuse to give us any of it because corporate wouldn t allow it but we were reassured they would take care of us because my wife chipped her tooth real bad they told her to go to the dentist & after corporate would pay for it after they contact us they covered her plate we didn t pay for but we NEVER HEARD FROM CORPORATE OR ANYONE SINCE!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT ANY ZIOS AGAIN!!!!!!
fOOD WAS ITALIAN FAST FOOD - sampler platter was just ok - rather would have spent the 40 bucks of stouffers, its a lot tastier, waittress was very slow whenenver we asked and took 20 minutes to bring back our bill - the soup was horrible, the manager asked us how everything was - when i told them it was horrible, he said he would add water and that should fix it.
WOW - WHAT A RESPONSE - THE CAKE WAS COOK - FOR 7 BUCKS IT SHOULD BE.
My family and I frequent Zio's often. My husband loves the pepperoni chicken and I like it all. The manager Toby is such a great guy. He is always welcoming and recommending dishes to all who eat at Zios. We go back for the good food and the great, warm and friendly service. Thanks Toby and staff.
Last thursday my family dined at Zios for the first time,it was a wonderful experience. The people were very nice and especially the manager. He catered to us like we were celebrities and that made us feel special. For instance my husband had ordered a dish that was spicy(which he didnt know at the time)and he doesnt eat spicy food. The manager came over and asked what did we order and he would let us know if we made a good choice.Well he explained that the dish my husband ordered was spicy and if he didnt like spicy food than this wasnt the dish for him.The manager than went to the kitchen put a stop to the order and recommannded my husband try one of his own favorites(Chicken Maylonaise) it was wonderful, tasteful and full of everything my husband likes. My husband(Rodney) is a very pickey eater and he never finishes his plate but that night he not only finished his plate he took the bread and wiped it clean.Iwould very highly recommand this restaurnt to everyone especially as a family dining.Definiately Zios is number one in my book.
