11/19/11 - The food was ok, but the attitudes of the employees was simply atrocious. When I ordered, the place was not busy, but 10 minutes or so later, the place filled up, mostly due to a bus arriving. I waited another 20 minutes and finally went to see if I had just missed the call for my food. The guy at the counter was very rude and said they were very busy and I would just have to wait. I asked him why were other people that arrived after we did already had their food, some of which were from the bus. He basically said to go back and sit down and it will be ready when it is ready. Just as I was about to go get a refund, they said it was ready. Later, I had two cards for cookies. I was simply ignored for several minutes at the counter. Finally they asked what I wanted and basically just shoved it across the counter to me. One other thing is the concept of dressing you own burgers. While this is ok, I think it is poorly implemented. The drink machines are right across from the condiments creating a huge bottleneck. It would be better the separate the two. To conclude, I will never return to this Fuddruckers and don't plan to visit any others because of the service I received.
