I always love how thoughtful and friendly everyone is to me. I often come in by myself for a drink or two and everyone really makes me feel welcome. Very warm and humorous but professional at the same time.
There's a friendly competition between three of my friends and me. Every week we meet for drinks at a bar around Denver and then we Rochambeau (rock/paper/scissors) to see who pays. It seems that every time we go Tavern Wash Park, I win. Soooooo, guess where I always suggest when it's my turn to pick the happy hour spot.
Love the front patio and the server was very nice. It's not a huge patio which makes it a little more intimate then their downtown location. And I like that it's right on the sidewalk so you can check out all the action walking by.
I am at the Tavern Wash Park every Saturday for college football. It's walking distance from my house so I always go for a great brunch and the bloody Mary bar is amazing. Once I get there it's kind of hard to leave.
