King's Highway, Palm Springs

King's Highway is a renewed take on the tradition of American peasant food with a desert flavor focused on fresh, artisanal ingredients. We use local and organic fruits and vegetables and sustainably-raised meats whenever we can. Our Amigo Room bar serves classic and creative artisanal cocktails using fresh seasonal juices, hand-picked herbs we grow in our garden, a wide selection of craft beers with an emphasis on local, and a friendly list of great wines in a cool, cavernous space left pretty much the way we found it.
