The restaurant's warm, rustic interior opens onto its legendary terrace where panoramic views of the ocean and rugged Big Sur coastline stretch for more than 50 miles. The cuisine makes use of the abundance of California's Central Coast with local, simple, sustainable ingredients, including items from Ventana's own organic garden.
