Aqui Cal Mex Grill, Cupertino

I have to agree with Lisa - sorry guys. The food is disappointing, to say the least. I just ate cold (which was supposed to be warm) salmon, and a crab cake which tasted as if someone had spritzed it on the inside with hairspray. One of my teenage daughters ordered a spicy tofu and polenta bowl - she took a couple of bites and couldn't eat any more. She said that the flavors didn't go at all well together. My other teenage daughter ordered knife-and-fork chicken taco. She said the flavor wasn't awful, but the dish didn't have much in the way of flavor and, again, it was cold when it was supposed to be warm. We ended up at Chipotle, across the street, just to give them something to eat. What a shame. I don't think we'll be going back to Aqui until they get their act together. I'll be watching out for other people's reviews, as time passes. Aqui, come on - you can do better.
