I have gone to Fountini's Bar for over a year now and have had an amazing experience every single time. The owner is a doll, and all the waitresses and bartenders are nothing but sweet. I usually order a petite filet which is the best steak I have ever had at any restaurant. They also an appetizer menu with great prices for the amount of food that is served. The ambiance is also very nice if you like to chat with a group of girlfriends and eat some dinner. House wine is only $5.00 and it a a great house wine. I reccomend Fountini's to all my friends.
One star is being extremely kind. Ordered 2 sodas, queso & chips, kids cheeseburger and petite filet. We got up and left after 45+ minutes of waiting for our Queso & Chips. Who waits 45 minutes for the main course, let alone chips and cheese appetizer?? How were we able to just stroll out without anyone offering to rectify the situation?? Good question, after completing our order so much earlier, we only saw our server one other time when I had to flag him over to ask where our chips were. He said that they were busy and would go check. Never saw him again. That was about 10 minutes before we left. In the entire establishment, including the bar, there were 11 tables seated - TOTAL. If your establishment cannot handle 11 seated tables in total, then having 13 tabletops in the stage/eating area with which to seat a potential crowd is ridiculous. And there are more than 13 tables in the bar area. There were 2 servers and 1 bartender, are you suggesting they can't handle 11 tables between 3 people? I have no idea how many people were in the kitchen, but I do know that not all 11 seated tables were ordering meals, some were drinking only, some were finishing up and chatting. So let's call it 8 tables ordering at the same exact time (which is being generous), if you cannot handle that, then this is not the business for you. Even if the kitchen was weeded, why wasn't the bored off her butt bartender helping out in the kitchen? Why wasn't my server, or any other server, able to offer us a refill, an excuse, or a kind word about our patience? In my life I have only come across this kind of situation a handful of times. It's never the 3, 4, or 5 star places that handle situations like this. It is the ones who think they are better than they are and do not properly train their staff to handle everything that may come up. Proof is in the pudding...and I got none!! BTW, regardless of the service and my horrid experience, the ambiance does not warrant some of the ridiculously high prices. It's like serving Cristal Rose on the sidewalk, just doesn't fit.
I like Fountini s Bar & Grill because they are best and excellent service provider in this field they hag great and professional staff which provide excellent service to their customer in short time.I recommend them a lot.
I have lived in Fountain Hills for 8 years and have been to most of the restaurants. I have to say that Fountini s is by far my favorite in town and the one place that I continue to frequent. As far as the negative reviews I have to say I just don t see that.... the food is always superb and the staff and owner are some of the friendliest around.
Fountini s is by far the best restaurant in Fountain Hills with the best entertainer on Wednesday and Friday nights, Dave Karl. Fountini s has fresh crab cakes, walleye and fish tacos. Excellent! More people need to try it and I guarantee they will go back.
