This is my first ever review on ANY place I have eaten, but I have to write this to share this hidden treasure. The most delicious steak I have ever had I have had TWICE here at Quincy's. My first wonderful encounter was a few years ago as I was passing through Salida on my way to Durango, Co. and I was caught, I had to return. It took me over 10 years to return (I live in Alaska) and I was not disappointed as their quality had not dropped one bit. They have only two meals on their menu; Fillet Minon Sunday through Thursday and Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday. Their prices are under $17,00 for the various weights ( 6 oz, 9 oz. 12 oz. and 15 oz.)they serve and this includes a baked potato and salid, so my bill this time was just under $37,00 for TWO meals including drinks and two orders of cheese cake (a must after this fantastic dinner). They have two other locations and I cannot wait to get back to Colorado try out these resturants also.
All meat is from local grown beef and frest, sucullently tender, and prepared to your order with the Fellet tender enough to flake with your fork. The delicious salid is not so large as to fill you which is what the main course is going to do. The cheese cake is moist sweet and fresh, just the perfect end to this wonderful meal.
I WILL BE BACK!
