Petersberg
Description
The Petersberg, a mountain in the Siebengebirge range, is well-known because the guest house of the former Government is located on its summit. The old hotel was first turned into a guest house in the eighties, and a lot of money was spent for its construction. Since the government's move to Berlin, the building has been up for sale. The mountain, with its restaurant and hotel, can easily be recognised from far away. It is worth making a trip to the Petersberg for the view, which you get even from the restaurant.
