It's a shack alright. The food is great. I'm not a big fan of sweet sauced up ribs, so I'm a big fan of the Rib Shack. They put a lot of time and love in their cooking and it shows.

It is now CLOSED! Why? Maybe it was the poor service. Sure going to miss the food and the Root Beer from tap.

Awful, uninspired buffet. Made to order menu dishes are edible though. Location is convenient when going to Walmart.

they have the best food ever i go there almost everyday

I just wanna say that the Taco Bell in Ruston is the best. My husband and I lived in Bossier City for a while, and we were disappointed in the Taco Bells there and in Shreveport.

Great choice of sourdough breads to choose from. Pulled pork is fantastic.

Frappes are the best I have ever had. much better than Starbucks Frappacino.

Food too Greasy

Great seafood. I ate the Grilled shrimp and they were great! I found staff to be very attentive and polite.

Food quailty is OK but the service has really gone down over the past couple of years.
