Won't be returning

If you're looking for a "spa" experience, look elsewhere. Upon arriving we wandered around the reception area for 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. And, that person just happened to be walking by and saw us there. Although, we could hear them chatting in the next room while clipping toe nails. Seriously, we listened to a gentleman getting his toe nails clipped while we were in the reception area. We arrived early as suggested and sat there in the reception area the entire time listening to the staff talk about their personal issues. There are NO amenities; no showers, no changing rooms, no lockers, nothing. You change in your treatment room and put your belongings in a bag and then stash it under the table. We had a couple's massage, in which I believe they took one treatment room and shoved two tables in there. The two people giving the massages could barely move around the tables without bumping into each other. My table squeaked relentlessly. I hesitated when I pulled back the top blanket...the sheet underneath was very worn (threadbare with fuzz balls that well used sheets get) and looked as if someone had just gotten up from it. It certainly did not look like it was just prepared (tight and tucked in). Some parts of the massages were good, some not so good. After the massage, we were given nothing to wipe off the excess oils and had to change back into our clothing, oily. After standing on the floor to put socks back on, we had to use the sheets to wipe off of our feet the debris from the floor that stuck to the oil on our feet. This was not a pleasant experience and we will not return. Pay attention to the other not so good reviews...I wish I had.
