Need some help from other women!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/06/09
I had a lady who did laser hair removal on my face. I really liked her. She was in Spa Noa but no longer there. I cannot find her. I don't know how this other person is. It is very scary to hand your face to someone that you do not even know. My niece is looking for someone as well. I just do not feel comfortable without knowing the facts about this other person Lucy, who does the laser at Spa Noa now. Please if anyone has any experience with her, I would love to know. I need your help. Please send me your reply directly to FARAH@LNF.COM

Won't be returning
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/09
If you're looking for a "spa" experience, look elsewhere. Upon arriving we wandered around the reception area for 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. And, that person just happened to be walking by and saw us there. Although, we could hear them chatting in the next room while clipping toe nails. Seriously, we listened to a gentleman getting his toe nails clipped while we were in the reception area. We arrived early as suggested and sat there in the reception area the entire time listening to the staff talk about their personal issues. There are NO amenities; no showers, no changing rooms, no lockers, nothing. You change in your treatment room and put your belongings in a bag and then stash it under the table. We had a couple's massage, in which I believe they took one treatment room and shoved two tables in there. The two people giving the massages could barely move around the tables without bumping into each other. My table squeaked relentlessly. I hesitated when I pulled back the top blanket...the sheet underneath was very worn (threadbare with fuzz balls that well used sheets get) and looked as if someone had just gotten up from it. It certainly did not look like it was just prepared (tight and tucked in). Some parts of the massages were good, some not so good. After the massage, we were given nothing to wipe off the excess oils and had to change back into our clothing, oily. After standing on the floor to put socks back on, we had to use the sheets to wipe off of our feet the debris from the floor that stuck to the oil on our feet. This was not a pleasant experience and we will not return. Pay attention to the other not so good reviews...I wish I had.

Been going to Spa Noa for 14 years....
By Dawn LodgeG, 04/02/08
I have been going to Spa Noa for over 14 years, and I ALWAYS have a good experience. The manicure / pedicure area is quiet and peaceful (the pedicure area is one of the neatest setups I have seen / experienced). The massages are out of this world. I have tried almost all the masseuses throughtout the years and every single one of them was exceptional. Matter of fact I don't usually like to go to spas when I travel because I can't count on the quality of masseuse. I am not big on getting facials but the one or two I've had there were good. Bikini waxes were done very professionally and with no later ingrown hairs like if I were to go to those quickie asian places.

Had a great afternoon!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/15/07
I had a wondeful and very realaxing day. I had an hour massage that was worth every penny. The atmosphere was quiet and soothing. I would recommend and plan to return in the future.

Never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/17/07
No one at the spa informed me that it was best to have the pedicure AFTER the facial which also included heated booties etc on my feet, this was half the treatment and I couldn't have it as I had already had a pedicure, would have been nice if someone had informed me of this. After my treatment by a therapist who was very nice but not well up on the product she sold me as it was a $100 face cream that supposedly would be great for my pregnant skin, only to discover when I opened it that it could actually cause damage to the fetus! Tried to return it and was told 'no returns', didn't leave until they gave my money back. Made and had to cancel an appt today and was told to pay 100% of the price after NOT being told this was their policy when I booked the appt, I refused and was told I know better for next time..there will be no next time at this spa for me.

Disappointing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/06
Last Christmas I received a $250 gift certificate to Spa Noa. My first experience was a manicure. It was ordinary at best as was a pedicure that I had by the same technician at a later date. The only feature that was "spa-like" was the private room, however, the technician rudely answered and spoke on her cell phone during my treatment. The equipment and service were no where near what I routinely receive at my nail salon (Fancy Nails) which does not charge spa prices!!! As you can imagine, I was not eager to return but I had $125 left on the gift certificate that was to expire. I chose a facial and that was well done, however, I was very much aware that the soothing music was obliterated by the sound of a washing machine going through the cycles in the next room!!! On my way out I asked about being put in that room because I could see that all the other rooms were vacant and I was told that each technician was assigned a room. That might be logical, however, putting the washing machine on when a client is supposed to be receiving a relaxing treatment in the next room shows a lack of consideration, attention to detail and poor customer service.

Total Relaxation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/05
I'm a local and frequent this day spa as often as possible. The staff is very warm and friendly. The services are spectacular and affordable. No inflated prices here. They also have an email list you can sign up for to receive special discounts daily.
