We had a horrible experience at Holdren s. Our party of four adults and 1 child arrived when there were only a few other customers seated in the dinning room so we thought we lucked out in missing the dinner rush. After waiting close to one hour to get our food (ridiculous), we started noticing other tables getting their food and they were seated well after we were. When we finally got our food, all four of our steaks were cold. The only hot item on my plate was the baked potatoe. When I immediately notified our server of the cold plates, he blew us off and said they should be hot enough because he picked them up right away. He then refused to come back to our table and ignored our polite hand raises to get his attention. So my mother got out of her chair and went to the front door and spoke with the lady who was greeting and seating the customers. Mom asked to speak to the manager and explained the problems we were having. Though she said it with a smile, the greeter told mom the manager was busy in the kitchen and she didn t know when she would be available. Considering this was a celebration for our mother s 61st birthday, the dinning experience was less than celebratory.
