Gruby's New York Deli, Bluffton

I took out of town friends for lunch before they left from the airport. I was so embarrassed. One of my friends said that her chicken salad tasted spoiled and the avocado was over riped. Not sure if it was the manager or the owner that came to the table but he was more than rude. He said that he tasted the chicken salad and there was nothing wrong with it, that she must not be hungry. He said that he would take it off the bill. My friend ordered something else that was cheaper and when the bill came she was charged for the more expensive original order. When she told the waitress, the owner/manager came over and said that he gave her a larger piece of chicken and that is why he left the original order on her bill. RUDE!!!!! What happened to the Customer is always right ? I will never to there again!!!!!

My friends and I will NEVER be back. The manager here ran our credit card 2 times and was very dishonest about it. There were 3 of us. 1 of us paid with a card. 2 of us with cash. The manager Scott ran my friends card 4 all the meals. Not sure where the cash went. We are still waiting for the money 2 be put back in the account. The manager also has called and text me on my cell phone calling me names and being very unprofessional. If the money is not returned the week we will be pressing charges. If u have ate here or thinking about it. Check your bank statements!!!!
