Chicken Express, Arkadelphia

We eat at Chicken Express whenever we are nearby. Lets talk about the Chicken !! This establishment uses larger chickens than the competition. As a result , a two piece meal yields about the same amount of food that a three piece meal would yield at other stores. Also they always use extremely clean and fresh oil . Because of this, the chicken is a beautiful light golden color , and quite crispy. Never brown and greasy . To put it simple, we go there for the chicken . Can't wait until the Hot Springs store opens . Popeyes and KFC look out because there's going to be a new sheriff in town .
