I went to the Our Place in Richland Hills, texas on Loop #820 I think this place is AWFUL.. the hamburgers are cooked so DRY and the place is not very clean.. All I saw was old people eatting in the place not many people go there,, i see why why...The french fries were cold The waitress was dippy.. I asked for honey mustard,, she brings me ranch dressing... I WOULD NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT a upset stomach.,, btw the dishes are dirty. and the plastic glasses you drink from have seen better days too...

My family and I just went to Our Place for lunch, and it offered great service, cleanliness, tasty food and good prices. I want to thank Brianna for holding up her offer for the free piece of pie as well (from previous review). It was delicious!!

Hello, My name is Brianna Smith. I am the manager of the Our Place Restaurant on NE loop 820. I can promise all those who come to our location that we have excellent food, great friendly service and we care about our customers. I am not sure as to what might have happened to the other customers while they dined at our location, but I can assure you that we take pride in what we serve. Please come on down to Our Place Restaurant in NRH off of 820. After you have enjoyed your entree, let your waitress know that you read the review online and that Brianna said you can have a slice of pie on the house :)

Used to be really good. Now not so much. I won't be back

I used to eat here on a regular basis but now they have changed so much and gone way down hill, i have made the our place on north beach my new regular place. I stopped in here the other day and they have seemed to change management yet again, my waitress told me it was the third manager in a month, and as far as i can tell the worst of the 3. She has no clue about whats going on and gets so worked up over nothing, besides that when i went to check out she smelled so bad i almost threw up. The food has changed also, like they are trying to cut costs and getting cheaper meats. its ruining the way its supposed to be. The new owner seems to be taking the cheap way to do everything and it is running the restaurant into the ground. I just hope someone can save it and turn it into the great place it was when it first opened. I dont see that happening. The wait staff is good, they could talk to each other a little less and actually work and things would run a bit smoother. The entire crew needs a heads up as to how a successful restaurant is supposed to run because its appearant that none of them have a clue, the new owner especially. And no matter the day all you hear is the cooks screaming and yelling and making a scene. and usually they have their music so loud you feel like you're in a mexican restaurant. Its rediculous, common courtesy? i guess not. Things are terrible and me and my family will never come back and i reccomend you dont either. Like i said, my new favorite is the Our Place on North Beach, great food, great service, nice location. Try them out and see the difference and you wont be back to the one in NRH.

Talk about a place going down hill. This place has changed owners and it's obvious the new owners are rookies in the food business. Try to order for a table of four and you will get your food in shifts, seems the cooks have yet to figure out how to complete an order correctly so that you all get a hot meal at the same time. The service is hit or miss. I have found that the wait staff is generally young, pleasant enough, but usually too busy texting or talking to serve you well. Look around and request a table with the more mature staff and you will be very pleased with the service. I have been coming here for a long time and hope it gets better. Would love to sit down and have a good meal here again without listening to the staff argue. The expeditor, or the gal in the window is the worst. Doesen't care who hears her rants.

I have eaten at Our Place perhaps 20 times. The food has always been good (particularly the breakfasts) and the service has always been prompt and caring. The restaurant has just changed owners, but I have not noticed any difference in the food or service. The prices are also pretty good. I have no complaints!

MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK, THIS IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE TO EAT! THERE IS ALOT OF BAD WORDS (CURSE WORDS AND TALK ABOUT THINGS THAT SHOULD BE LEFT AT HOME) BEING THROWN AROUND, SOME EMPLOYEES YELLING AT OTHERS IN FRONT OF GUESTS! WE HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE AND NEVER WILL BE BACK. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW JUST WHO OWNS THIS PLACE AND DO THEY KNOW HOW THERE EMPLOYEES ARE ACTING AT WORK, I AM SURE THIS IS TURNING ALOT OF BUSINESS AWAY!
