Didto to review by EBA. We had an almost identical experience. Ordered two cheesebugers and two drinks with onion rings. Cashier failed to tell us that they would not substitute the seasoned fries for the onion rings. So we ended up paying $7.25 for each burger with seasoned fries plus .50 for cheese plus $4.99 for each order of onion rings plus cost of drinks. Total $29 plus change!!!!!!!! Unbelieveable. Plus the seasoned fires were not seasoned at all except for the old grease they were soaked in. The onion rings were some of the worst we have ever had. Like EBA we wondered why there were no cars in parking lot at 12:10 on a Thursday. So let this be a warning to travelers and hunters that are not familiar with this restaurant......Stay away! Unless you like paying crazy prices for poor food.
Not sure how to rate this. Food is good. Ordered Cheese Burger with Homemade Onion Rings, and sweet tea. They advertise the onion rings on marquis in front of restaurant, they are homemade, but not for 4.99. Anyway, it cost me $14.69. I liked to fell out. CB-6.99, cheese-.50, onion rings-4.99, and tea-1.00. Then I had to turn around and fix my CB. For the price it should of had everything on it and wrapper in gold liner paper. Never again. Believe me, it is not that good. The cashier even felt sorry for me. I guess, I should not have paid for it, but I'm not like that. I just won't make that mistake again. I was wondering why there were no cars in parking lot at 12:15, lunch time. NEVER AGIAN. I have eaten there All you can eat catfish also, way to much money for the taste.
