We had our all dinners at Punjab.
Though the place is small, seating is very comfortable.
The food was delicious, fresh and served hot.
Spices were adjusted according to our preferences and oil was added only up to minimum to let food retain its inert taste.
It seemed like the food was prepared with gentle care.
I understand owners ( chef ) had an Indian restaurant in Boston before moving recently to San Diego.
Let me tell you their experience at fine-cooking was apparent in the food they served us.
Looking at their mastery in what they do, I am confident in months to come they will expand without compromising their amazing quality.
