Excellent mussels in North Dakota! Who would have thunk it? Not your traditional white wine sauce, the tomatoes added a sweet flavor and additional texture. Mmmm. Add a bottle of Magners, some good Irish music, a group of friends. Blarney Stone was a definite hit on our trip!
