Yes, I give them 5 stars - and not lightly. This is good 'slow food' done very quickly i.e. it tastes like it should take a long time to prepare, but comes out in just a few minutes. I eat here regularly and have always been happy w/ the meals, no matter which item I've tried. I'm not a big fan of chicken - normally, that is - but these guys have made me a convert w/ the rosemary chicken that I add to their penne ai formaggi. The consistency of the service, the quality of the tasty food, and the convenience ensure that I don't shy from bringing friends (local or out of town guests)... no one has been anything but happy.
There are a plethora of restaurants to choose from in Eugene, but I'll go outta my way to get Noli. I'm really happy w/ what these guys have brought to the restaurant scene: They are unique in our area. They deserve your patronage.
Btw, the price is totally reasonable. I went to Davis' the other night(b/c I did't get out of work 'til Noli was closed... and I wanted to try it): I dropped $30 on a salad, entree, and glass of wine which were all mediocre. I had to do it, but now I know better.
