Bonkers Restaurant, Page

The 2nd reason to come to Lake Powell. Comparable with anything Phoenix has to offer and many great restaurants in Europe but at a fraction of the price. Can't speak highly enough of the staff, the Veal Piccatta or Pork Chop with Apple. The rest of Page restaurants could do well to imitate Bonkers but I doubt they could. Thank you for such an enjoyable meal.

My husband came to Page because he had to work and I joined him because I have never been to the Grand Canyon. Looking for somewhere to eat I did a yahoo search. Bonkers have two five star ratings and the hotel clerk recommended it highly...What a suprise! I had the lamb sirloin and my husband the seared ahi tuna, dessert Mango-raspberry cheesecake FAB-U-L-OUS is the only word that comes to mind. We would not have believed that such an excellent meal could be had in a small town like Page AZ. The menu had Italian, American, and Greek dishes, the service was excellent and the owners are good people that put much love into their resturant.

A very pleasant exprience. We were drawn there by the bad reviews on the more convenient places near our motel. Bonkers was a 2 block, easy walk and well worth it. It's always scary to be in a new town not knowing where to dine. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was great. My wife had the trout and I had the top sirloin steak, which were both very tasty. Prices were reasonable. We will definitety return on our next trip to Page.
