Sherpa House Restaurant, Golden

What an awesome experience!! Went there for the first time on fathers day and everything was exquisite. I cant say enough to explain the definitive, amazing service, atmosphere and overall excellence of the Sherpa House in Golden Colorado. We will be back many more times and highly reccomend that you stop by and enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food of this hidden jewel.

Took my food away while I was in the middle of getting food for my son! The food was cold and did not taste that great and was under-cooked. The naan was dry and fell apart too easily. They then charged me wrong for the meal and rather than charging the difference, billed me again and asked me to come in for the refund...I live 3 hours away! Will never ever go back!

We found Sherpa House in 2010 and we loved it - friendly owners, great food, good ambiance - so much so that after eating there regularly, we decided to have our wedding reception there a few months ago. Lhakpa the owner was fabulous and all the staff as well. No guest had to wait for anything. It's just a really welcoming place with good food and friendly staff. I can't recommend it enough and so far everyone we have brought there has returned on their own because it was just an enjoyable dining experience.

The new Sherpa House Restaurant in Golden has added a additional fun in Golden. They have the best buffet in Golden. I am not kidding. Check it out.

A friend invited me to a meal at the Sherpa. I had no idea what to expect flavor-wise, but it was a great meal. The service was superior and there were a lot of choices. It was a nice treat to eat something other than the same old same old.

Finally there is a decent restaurant in Golden. Good food and even better service.

We knew that if this restaurant was done as well as their landscaping business then it would be a delightful experience. We were not disappointed. There were so many items on the menu that we wanted to sample so we started with several appetizers. From vegetarian to assorted meats and breads - they were all delicious. Home-made Chai tea and lassis accompany a wide assortment of entrees from India, Tibet and Nepal. With no room left for dessert, we will definitely have to go back. It is well worth the drive from Nederland and the prices seem very reasonable for the friendly service, lovely atmosphere and the best food experience we've ever had! It is definitely worth a try!
