Rib City Grill, American Fork

I dined at Rib City last night, Feb 6, and loved it. The pulled pork was amazing and I always love the bbq beans. Becky was my server and was very attentive. Karie, the manager, checked on me and made sure everything was excellent. I sure appreciate that kind of service. Thank you!

We ate at your resturant for the first time last week. We were pleased with everything. Our only complaint was the roasted chicken we were served was raw. You could clearly see it wasn't cooked through and it was bloody. We showed the server, she took a breast and thigh back to the kitchen. She brought back 2 legs and said its pink because of the smoke and it always bleeds from the bones. Seriously?? I have never eaten roasted chicken that was bloody and you couldn't get the meat off the bones. Bright red blood was running out of the chicken. She did replace it with more ribs but...ewwww raw chicken isn't exceptable EVER!!
