At Society Cafe at Encore, rising star chef Bryan Forgione's reimagined comfort fare adds elegance and decadence to classic American dishes. Scion to legendary chef Larry Forgione and brother of television's 'Iron Chef' Mark Forgione, the accomplished chef has a deft touch with crafting crowd-pleasing dishes that bring new flavor to traditional favorites. For breakfast there are steak and egg 'sliders' and tempting 'XL' sticky buns. At lunch, filet mignon sliders share the bill of fare with Chatham Bay fish and chips and Society's lobster-bake.
