Taste of New Orleans, Wisconsin Dells

Place is expanding to 300 seats into the candy shop building next door before next summer rolls around (turned a lot people away this past summer due to lack of space.) Never had clam chowder that good. Had a little extra spice to it, which made it different, but better, as far as I was concerned. The catfish in the catfish poor boy was very tender. I usually prefer walleye to catfish because walleye has more flavor to me, but the vegetables and the sauce on the hoagie bun - included in the poor boy - complimented the catfish very well. Highly recommend.

Visited Wisconsin Dells for the first time and was referred to this place by a guest at Chula Vista Waterpark Resort. The food was excellent, especially the fried soft shell crab, and fried frog legs, the bread pudding was very good. The service was very good and a visit from the chef to all the patrons was a familiar touch of class.

Awesome food!!! It's like you try it then you go a couple days and you begin to crave more of it! The Twice shot duck!!!! HOLY COW AMAZING! Was the best duck i have ever had! All the food is delicious! Worth every penny!

WOW! This place is the WORST!!! My wife and two children went for lunch on a Sunday and I ordered a 11$ Por Boy with shrimp and crawfish, 3 Small shrimp and six TINY crawfish. The owner/ manager came out and told me that it would look like more dressed.....he argued with me that since the oil spill that shrimp are too expensive.....he finally added 1 more whole shrimp....wow thanks! My wife ordered Etoufee..all rice and maybe 3 BABY shrimp....we both ended up finishing off my childrens chicken nuggets. Not only was service bad and portions TINY I asked if I could have a drink made and I was told by the OWNER that they don't do that on weekends...WE WERE IN THE DELLS...It's all about weekends. Never give this place your time or money!
