Pina's Pizza, Middlesex

They catered for an event I had and everything was great! They arrived on time and everything was delicious!

If you are looking to waste a few hours waiting for your food to be made for you, this is the place! We called in an order and went to pick it up only to wait another half hour or more while they made our meals. The pizza which was made on time got cold while we waited, and when I mentioned it the response was, "What do you want me to do?" We were outraged by the lack of apology along with others who stormed out promising to never return. The only response to our complaint was that the food is made fresh to order. The food was sub-par at best after we had to request several items that we omitted from our pick up order. Don't waste your time on this place.

My fiance and I got a menu yesterday and decided to try Pina's takeout. I was charmed by how personable, friendly and informative the person on the other end of the phone was. Even the young man who delivered the food was just great...We were prepared to be pleased but this experience was something special. The food was delivered quickly and HOT. We were going to order pizza (as a baseline) but got dinners and appetizers instead. I have never tasted fresher, more flavorful take-out Italian food in my life and I look forward to making Pina's my "go-to" place. Great food, wonderful, friendly service, good prices and free, on-time delivery??? It was everything you could ask for. Can't wait to try the pizza!
