ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Kissimmee

It fulfilled all of our needs as to practing and such. The Facilities were very nice however the food and Hotel rooms could have been Better. All and All though it was a fun and rewarding experience.

Incredibly disorganized, its a shame that all the good service and high quality spirit of the Disney Parks its throw overboard at this place, lots of goofy people attending, schedules up side down with no notice, nobody knows whats going on, lots of spacey answers, really sad. I bought a 50 Dollar Umbrella at the espn store at the main entrance and when we arrive at the Game entrance they asked me to leave it in the gate with a mega old folk and when I came out there was no Umbrella and the guy was really nasty and bitchy instead of being polite about loosing my Umbrella, he started to yell at us and we better leave the area. We ask for a manager or a supervisor but it was so crowded and raining that we just quit waitnig for somebody to help us, they advertise the Playstation 3 Pavillion as a free atraction as you can check in the Internet and when we arrive they made us pay 13 dollars per person, we ask the lady in the box office why? and her answer was again bitchy and agressive, we ask her if we were going to get our anual pass holder discount and she laugh at us and say No way! no discounts. we felt extremely mistreated and sorry to be there. If you do not have a game or something like that AVOID the agraviation stay away from this place.
