The owner is extreamly unprofessional and rude. I was in his over priced ,crowded, dirty store, when I watched Dan the owner go off on this customer screaming vulgar words at him and standing in front of the door so the customer could not leave Dan was screaming at him to take his records else where. The owner screamed he has been in business for 27 years which I find hard to believe. He acted like a big baby in front of other customers I felt so uncomfortable I stood in a dirty corner until I could get a clear way to the door. What I did see was all over priced and the help was to busy talking to friends to help the customers. what ever happened to the customer is always right? dont waste your time if enjoying the beautiful town of mystic there are many other stores to browse and enjoy.
