St. Charlies Pub & Grill

I haven't been to St. Charlies for awhile. I recently went back and was pleasently surprised. The whole place has been updated with great new games, menu and a whole bunch of plasmas. The greatest surprise was yet to come when I found out that the mean little brown haired bartender was no longer there. She was the original reason I stopped going. I was there on a Thursday and found they had 1/2 priced drinks. It was a blast, but I can tell you with the TV set up they have I will be going back for all sporting events. If you haven't been there in a while. Trust me try again. You will be pleased.

Be careful here, I went to St.Charlies Friday July 31st 2009 and had a very bad and slow bar tender by the name of Jerry I think. I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes between each empty beer and him even coming by to ask if we wanted another. I paid my tab with a card and left a big 0.00 in the tip section. This bar tender decided it was ok to go ahead and give himself a tip on my credit card, be careful and check your bank the next day to see what you really got charged. I will not be letting this one go, and I'll be contacting the owner.

When I first moved to St. Chalres a few years ago I loved this bar! The food was great, the servers were friendly and they always had a daily food and drink special. Lately this place sucks! You can never get a server to come to your table, the specials have diminished and when you finally go to the bar to get a drink, they consistently tell you they will be right with you....frustrating! I noticed in my last few visits that all the friendly, fun, helpfull waitresses have split....and their replacements are bitchy girls with attitudes. After three and a half years I am sad to say that I've given up on this bar and am moving on to a new watering hole. LOL!!!

Watched the Super Bowl at the bar and the new LCD televisions are great They had free food at halftime. The place was also updated. Prices are great with specials every day.. Tuesday's they have a Bags Tourament

This bar was awesome! I had a great time and the staff was excellent. I would recommend going to this bar!

St. Charlies is a great bar to go to! I was new in town and I went to all the bars in downtown st. charles and St. Charlies was the only bar that I found to be friendly and have a great atmosphere. The service was fast and the prices were great. I would recommend going to St. Charlies over any bar in the tri-city area, it's just GREAT!!

no feeling or atmosphere. The staff is good but used to better. If you don't know who works there it is harder to get workers attention or service.
