What an amazing experience I had at this beautiful spa! It was recommended by a family friend who claims its "Cape May must." I arrived 15 minutes prior as advised when I booked the appointment and was treated to hot tea and comfortable lounge. The girl who did my facial, pedi, and mani was fabulous. Danielle was knowledgable and really wanted me to understand my skin and why what I was doing wasnt working for me! The quality of the products and the services will bring me back! My only complaint is that I dont live closer!

I've been to the Spa several times. It is worth the hour and a half drive for me to get there. The one time I had a problem (Spa shower cold due to a plumbing problem) I wrote to the spa and they sent me a $70.00 gift certificate. THe Cape May Day Spa is my twice a year indulgence.

I treated myself to this spa when I earned my Master's Degree last year. What a great day. Since then I have "cheated on them," and been VERY sad about it after the fact. Take the drive to Cape May, and don't ever stray. (I am still picking the facial mask out of my hair from the "other spa," I went to on a whim.)

My fiance and I went to the Cape May Day Spa; I got a Swedish Massage and she got a facial, and we paid a $100 each. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment, as instructed. Upon arrival my fiance was rudely rushed into a room and told that because we arrived late, that her facial time would be shortened. The facial ultimately was shortened from the hour we had paid for, and the quality of her facial was average at best. As we were leaving and paying for the so-called services, we were asked for comments; my fiance described that she had felt rushed in the beginning, and the employee simply responded by saying "hmmm...that's interesting....I wonder why that was..." This to me is not customer service, especially when the patrons are paying 100 bucks a pop. As for my own massage, although it did not feel rushed, it was nothing special and certainly not worth $100. Initially I didn't want to make her feel bad by saying anything (since she got the massage as a present to me) but after hearing her description, on the car ride home, I felt compeled to write this review. So to sum it all up, if you want a quality massage for the price tag, look elsewhere. These people in our experience are just out to make a buck, and frankly their massage therapists seem undertrained. I have had countless massages and this was by far the worst; not to mention one of the most expensive. The student massages in Philadelphia that costed $35 were a 100 times better.

I recieved a gift certificate to the day spa and booked a massage. I think because they already had the money I was rushed through in less than 45 min. The massage room was freezing cold. My certificate was for $25.00 more than the services so I asked to leave the balance for a tip and was told NO!! I could only spend the balance on merchandise The girl at the desk was very snotty When I requested to speak to a manager another snotty young girl appeared I have asked my wife not to purchase any more gift certificates to the Cape May Day Spa

My boyfriend and I bought the victorian expierence and we had a wonderful time. The staff is so nice and so caring. I would go back again anytime.
