Poor Customer Service
I was very disappointed with the customer service here. The owner, Liz , was never at the store when I called and she was extremely slow to answer any email messages. When she did respond, her answers were often unfriendly and with regards to creating a wedding bouquet for me, she said it would cost $265 and responded to my inquiries by saying: "Emails, phone calls and additional time spent on your order/ changes made can only add to the cost."
I took my business elsewhere.
