great experience

The staff took the time to totally take care of all my bike needs. I bought a bike for myself and my son and they worked well with both of us. One of the sales people worked on fitting me while another one took care of my son. We both went away feeling great and our bikes are perfect. I've never had such a fast, fun and comfortable bike and I have had a lot of them. We were impressed by the selection and quality of the offerings. There is nothing like this in NYC.
