Lakeview Golf Course, Harrisonburg

Greens were outstanding, and course is in better shape that all others in the regional valley! The pro staff is excellent, and I had excellent lessons for my son and grandson on Father's Day....at prices half those in Northern Virginia. This place is a great bargain....I'll be back with sons ASAP!

Lake View is a great course. There are four nine's to choose from. The staff is always helpful and very upbeat about the game of golf. If you were to play Lake View I would recommend the Spring and Lake nine's as your 18. The spring takes you up and down hills, dog leg par four and fives. If you play from the tips the course is pretty tough and you will enjoy every aspect of the grounds. The Mountain nine, openes up into a valley. There are beautiful homes all around you. This nine is a lot longer than the other sides, from the tips, however, I would have to say it is the most scenic. The round is worth the money. I think its $40.00 on the weekends to ride. There was not a wait at all. It was nice to get to a golf course where I could play without someone pushing me down the fairway. This golf course is in a great setting and you will enjoy your game.

With four seperate nine holes, you can arrange multiple playing challanges. The views from the mountian nine are incredible. The condition of the course rivals or exceeds any in the Shenandoah Valley. Great value, great treatment.
