Description

Miami Art Central (MAC) is a non profit organization, dedicated to the support of contemporary artists as well as visual and performing arts. Exhibitions, performances, film, video and educational events are organised frequently. Some of the artists who have shown their work are Sonia Abián, Carlos Piegari, Ibon Aranberri, Maja Bajević, James Coleman, Alice Creischer, Danica Dakić, Ines Doujak, Öyvind Fahlström and Harun Farocki.

rUDE, RUDE, RUDE.

I went ther for an event, and was overwhelmed with the rudeness of the staff. How can they have people so rude working there. Who do they think they are, behaving as if they are doing you a favor for being there. I do NOT reommend the venue, and the art, they can keep. They should learn how people are supposed to behave in this country, if they can't learn, then they should stay in their country.

Horrible and rude

The people working there are very rude. I went to one of their parties at night and did not have a good time at all. There was not enough parking to begin with, so I parked across the street and my car ended up getting towed. It's a nice new building but I would not recommend visiting MAC to others because of the experience.

All the staff is very rude

The whole staff is very rude and snoty I cant not believe they allow to have poeple like that to work in that company with a such an important owner the staff and managment is very important in a company and that one has neighther of the both

I'll never go back

The museum is nothing like I expected. It was not worth my money. I went to one of their parties, where the people there were very loud and obnoxious. I guess it's partially a Miami culture thing, but at any rate I did not have an enjoyable experience.

Not Impressed at all!

I was not impressed at all with this museum. There is no available parking, and it was in a neighborhood not suited for a museum. It was hard to get to and people were very rude. I would not recommend it to others and it was a waste of time and money.

AMAZING

Very eye opening. The atmosphere is completely in contrast to the area and it is a welcomed. The art is compelling and moving. There are not many galleries that cater to the modernism of the latin community, and this one does in a dramtic and beautiful way. You have to come and see.
