Central States Fair, Rapid City

My child loves the central states fair. one whants to go back every year.

All I can say about the Cntral States Fair is... amazing. You can get out and have loads of fun day or night. I have went every year and everytme its been a great expierence. Some years they have new rides and new things to do. You can enjoy the fair any age. If you get hungry there is multiple stands to get food ad if you have got a sweet tooth i would reccomend the funnel cake it is delitious. Everything about the fair is fun and entertaining. There are bands to see games to play rides to ride and food to eat. I would reccomend the Central States Fair to anyone!

What did I dislike about the Central States Fair. Well it's not fair that we bought tickets for the truck pull and the demolition derby and the truck pull was cancelled due to "weather". We tried to get our money back for the truck pull tickets and all they would tell you that you could use them for the demolition derby or other events. We already had tickets for the demolition derby and we don't go to rodeos. The told me that I could stand at the gate and sell my tickets to someone else. That"s not right,the first thing is that I wan't to sit down and watch the demolition derby, not stand at the gate sell tickets. It probably not legal. Things were not too fair at the Central States Fair in Rapid City and I probably won't attend any more events there and I will tell everyone I see about my experience at the fair. it was fun for me but i got scared to go on rides because of the family that got killed i will keep telling my kids about it i will warn them before they go on rides but i will let them go on any of the rides you should go

Year after year this fair gives excellent music of country and rock acts. Rides great , food great (once a year of course), and all people helpful.
